How "fortunate" I had a second car accident within a month. As the diagram above describes, I was happily driving along the right lane when this old man cut right out into the right lane... My lane... I tried to avoid him by going up the divider, but it was too late... bah.... The police sergeant has determined that it's the other guy's fault. Sigh... Ruined my Sunday morning.
